Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By using the services provided by CrushHost, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our infrastructure and limit our liability.
1. Payments & Refund Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day refund policy on Shared and WordPress hosting plans.
- Non-Refundable Items: Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable.
- Deductions: All approved refunds are subject to the deduction of payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe fees) which are non-refundable to us.
- Price Adjustments: CrushHost reserves the right to change prices or features of any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
CrushHost maintains a zero-tolerance policy. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account termination without a refund:
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails.
- Prohibited Content: Hosting adult/pornographic material or sexually explicit content.
- Piracy: Hosting nulled scripts, cracked software, or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Illegal Acts: Hosting malware, phishing sites, or engaging in hacking/DDoS activities.
- Ad Fraud: Any attempt to artificially inflate traffic metrics or bypass gateway pages using automated tools or proxies.
- Abuse: Any action that causes harm to our servers or other clients.
3. Free Tier & Ad-Supported Hosting
- Mandatory Advertisements: To provide our free hosting services, CrushHost injects third-party advertisements (such as Social Bars, Popunders, Gateways, or Banners) into the web pages hosted on our free tier. By using a free account, you agree to display these advertisements unaltered.
- System Integration (Must-Use Plugin): To facilitate this ad-supported model, a mandatory system plugin (CrushHost Free Tier Supporter) is automatically installed and locked at the server level. Any attempt to delete, rename, override, or bypass this plugin via File Manager, FTP, SSH, or any other method is strictly prohibited.
- Ad-Tampering Prohibition: Any attempt to hide, block, manipulate, or remove the displayed advertisements using CSS, JavaScript, .htaccess, PHP, or any other method is strictly prohibited.
- Traffic Quality & Anti-Fraud: Generating fake traffic, using bots, auto-refresh scripts, PTC (Paid-To-Click) sites, traffic exchanges, or engaging in click fraud (e.g., clicking the injected ads yourself or incentivizing others to do so) is strictly forbidden. CrushHost actively monitors traffic quality to comply with our advertising partners' policies.
- Violation Consequence: Our automated server routines routinely audit free accounts. Missing system plugins, tampering with ad codes, or artificial manipulation of ad impressions/clicks will result in the immediate, permanent, and irreversible termination of your account without prior notice or data retrieval.
4. Resource Usage & Suspension
- Limits: You must stay within the CPU, RAM, and I/O limits of your assigned plan.
- Discretionary Action: CrushHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that, in our sole discretion, consumes excessive resources or impacts server stability. This may be done without prior notice.
5. Data Integrity & Backups
- Sole Risk: Use of CrushHost services is at your own risk. CrushHost is not responsible for any data loss.
- Backups: While we may perform routine backups, they are provided "as-is" for administrative purposes. Customers are strictly responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.
- No Liability: We shall not be held liable for any loss of data, regardless of the cause.
6. Domain Names
- Renewal: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure domain names are renewed before expiry.
- Liability: CrushHost is not liable for the loss of any domain name due to non-payment or failure to follow renewal instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Service Uptime: We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for any service interruptions.
- Financial Loss: CrushHost shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of our services.
8. Account Termination & Disputes
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
- Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or dispute via Stripe without contacting our support first will result in permanent account termination and immediate data deletion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by general international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be settled at the sole discretion of CrushHost management.
